On June 14th, 3DS owners all over Europe will finally get their hands on the long-awaited&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nintendo.es\/Juegos\/Nintendo-3DS\/Animal-Crossing-New-Leaf-273841.html#Sitio_web_oficial\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4467\" title=\"Animal Crossing: New Leaf\" src=\"https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/images\/Animal_Crossing_New_Leaf_logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/images\/Animal_Crossing_New_Leaf_logo.png 353w, https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/images\/Animal_Crossing_New_Leaf_logo-300x220.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 353px) 100vw, 353px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some Spanish blogs had early access to the game, so there are already previews surfacing:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The turtle who sails the boat is an ace, one of those rough talents who spend their lives waiting for an agent to turn him into a star. (<a title=\"Vidaextra\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vidaextra.com\/3ds\/animal-crossing-new-leaf-y-su-dicharachera-experiencia-multijugador\" target=\"_blank\">Vidaextra<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A game the size of <em>Animal Crossing<\/em> requires many translators (<a title=\"Interview with the localization department at Nintendo of America\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kotaku.com.au\/2013\/09\/inside-the-treehouse-the-people-who-help-make-nintendo-games-great\/\" target=\"_blank\">estimations<\/a> say that the total amount of text could be over 3 times that of <a title=\"Creative writing workshop\" href=\"https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/en\/2010\/08\/06\/50-000-palabras\/\"><em>El Quijote<\/em><\/a> &#8211; or 20 <a title=\"National Novel Writing Month\" href=\"http:\/\/nanowrimo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">NaNoWriMos<\/a>), but I wanted to share this quote with you because I had the pleasure to take care, among other characters, of the translation of most of the captain&#8217;s songs into Spanish.
