I am however aware that many songwriters use the podcast for advice and inspiration. With this piece of trivia as my excuse, I break my own rule to celebrate the 20th anniversary of my favourite album of my favourite band:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/images\/behaviour.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"behaviour\" src=\"https:\/\/alexhernandez.es\/images\/behaviour-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/gp\/product\/B001O304UI?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=talleliter-21&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1634&amp;creative=19450&amp;creativeASIN=B001O304UI\" target=\"_blank\">Behaviour<\/a>&#8221;  takes off with Being Boring, a single that only reached number 20 on the UK charts. However, time puts things in their place and the song has been repeatedly chosen as <a title=\"Best pop single ever\" href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/music\/musicblog\/2010\/aug\/05\/pet-shop-boys-being-boring\" target=\"_blank\">greatest single of all time<\/a>. Still, the real autumnal magic of this album is hidden in less known tracks like <a title=\"To face the truth\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZbdtlP0gt7w\" target=\"_blank\">To face the truth<\/a>, <a title=\"Only the wind\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dQm6xNCCmXI\" target=\"_blank\">Only the  wind<\/a> or, perhaps my favourite of all, <a title=\"My October symphony\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4iDTHaI_T3Q\" target=\"_blank\">My October symphony<\/a>, which would provide one of the most beautiful numbers in that masterpiece of a show that was their 1991 <a title=\"Pet Shop Boys Performance\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/gp\/product\/B0002TTTJM?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=talleliter-21&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1634&amp;creative=19450&amp;creativeASIN=B0002TTTJM\" target=\"_blank\">Performance<\/a> tour.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The writing workshop only covers fiction, i.e. prose, as versified texts follow different rules.
