Finally, the project that has kept me busy for the last month sees the light: a short for the “A film by…” section of the NoTodo Film Festival.

This year I take part in a Notodo for the first, with not one but two films. The first one is a project by my partner Günther Plitt in which I ended up involved to the core – to the point that it’s finished even before my own. It’s called Goodbye Myra and it’s already available at the website of the festival.

At the time of writing, the poster presides the selection of favourites of the website.

Additionally, if nothing goes wrong, the image will be published this weekend, along with other selected fan-made posters, on EP3, the cultural suplement of the national newspaper El País.

To celebrate the little happy event, I’ve open a small new section of the site devoted to my published graphic works.

As reported in these articles, the show will be screened in Granada tonight as a special montage including the premiere of the eighth episode, which will be available online very soon this week.

Yesterday was also the day chosen for the shooting of the new Christmas Special, adding a new cameo to our evergrowing list of guest stars, of which we are so proud. This special episode will be available online in only a few days! Update: the Christmas Special is being edited against the clock so it can be screened tonight as well!

And finally we have announced the great secret we had been keeping fro so long: superstar Alaska will be starring on the show. The shooting will take place next week and her character will play an important role in the Leona’s plots towards the end of the season. Alaska is the most significant figure in the cultural movement of Madrid’s “movida”, has worked with Almodóvar and keeps an active and succesful career as a singer with her band Fangoria. Stay tuned!

This could mean all kind of changes (hopefully for the better) in the show’s future, and especially a greater commercial visibility. What will the destiny bring? We’ll leave that on Phillipe’s hands as we focus on shotting the final scenes for this first season. By the way, have you already tried to guess who died in episode 7?
